Syed Haseeb Hussain, Esq.

Attorney Syed Hussain focuses his legal practice in consumer law, including consumer financial protection matters under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). He is experienced in all aspects of litigation, from pre-filing investigation and negotiation to jury trials.

Before starting Haseeb Legal, Syed practiced with a criminal defense boutique firm. In that position, he worked on federal criminal trials, and won an acquittal as first chair in a racketeering/murder case. He also worked on appeals in the Second and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeals. During law school, he clerked with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Florida.
